Our lending policies / terms and condition
If the customer fails to repay the money in the given time, the interest rate would climb to 6% every two weeks the defaulter will be taken to court for further re-payment.
We reserve the right to deny any application.
if the applicant falsifies information in the application he/she will be asked for immediate re-payment with 40% of that amount EXTRA will be demanded.
if the applicant sells/give away their assets while being in-debted to FML the applicant will be taken to court and demanded full Re-payment and 40% EXTRA of that amount for the damages.
