1. Opening Statement

Respected Judges and the people of Vice City.
Callahan Lawyers Co. are hereby suing:

• Nahian_Mitchell(Nahian)

For:

• Assaulting
• Stealing a car of our clients, Maddy and Callum.

2. Summary.

• After a shootout between the cops and a bunch of criminals, a guy was suspected by the VCPD for having to potentially stolen the guns of a dead SWAT Member.
  While coincidentally, our clients had decided to have some pizza at the nearby Pizza Parlour. They got curious and decided to park their car and got out to see what was happening.
  The suspect got detained and the ARPD Officer Nahian took off with our client's Blue Cheetah to Washington Beach Police Department.
• Our clients decided to confront the Sergeant and the Officer who had stolen their car with a video camera, which your honour, will be presented soon.
  When our clients arrived at the Washington Beach Police Department, they saw their cars front hood, the front bumper and the doors had been trashed and probably sold for parts.
  Apparently, the Sergeant was busy questioning the suspect who was detained earlier. Just then, the officer who had stolen our client's Blue Cheetah, gave a huge blow to the right cheek of our client, Maddy. Who apparently had everything captured in his video camera and thankfully, the camera was not damaged.
  He just wanted to ask the Officer to pay them to fix their car. Our client suffered a mental trauma. He was not ready to talk to anyone for a whole day. He had also contemplated suicide.
• They decided to have a conversation with the VCPD Seargent DaniGold, who said that he had no power over Officer Nahian Mitchell. Then our clients decided to hand the case over to us instead to file a complaint to the VCPD.

4. Demands

• Our clients demand:

i) 10,000$ to fix their car.
ii) 25,000$ to have caused mental trauma and almost losing his life after this scenario.
