Once you start sp, you will see triangle square, alt tab to the ivmp server client, go to internet tab, and connect to the server. Visit forum.iv-mp.eu for qaf and details how to connect.

IVMP T3 i click at her and she didnt work must may install T4 or what

Once again, T4 is using GTA IV EFLC. If you have only GTA IV, then T4 client will not work.

When I click on Connect, it says:
 "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
What it mean?????
