Changes to Act 6.4

As LCPD exposed a mistake on our part the act 6.4 has been changed as of today.

The past version:
Act 6.4
A person who could do nothing to avoid the accidental death of another person is guilty of manslaughter.

New version:
Act 6.4
Death of another person without the intent to kill, but where the person's death occurs as a result of the negligent or reckless actions of the defendant is manslaughter.


The court would like to thank LCPD and invites all who feel we have made a mistake to point it out to us.
