Recruitment Procedure
Interested players can either apply here or contact me in-game to have an interview. Your interest will be reviewed based off this interview.
Also note that accepted applicants will still have to attend an interview with any of the CS high command to review your application.

Training Procedures
If you're hired by CS, you will undergo training from the High Command to whichever division you're interested in respectively.

Kavalagar Training Procedures
i) Trainees will be taught to handle short-range guns including: Pump-Action Shotgun and Colt-45
ii) Trainees will have a viva session regarding the rules to be followed by the Kavalagar Agents, which will be taught by the High Command.
iii) Trainees then will finally have a practical test.

Courier Services Training Procedures
i) Trainees will be taught to handle short-range guns and SMGs including: Pump-Action Shotgun and Silenced Ingrams
ii) Driving Classes will be held by the High Command and a short viva session after that, regarding the rules which will be taught by the high command.
iii) Trainees then will finally have a practical test.

Paramilitary Forces Training Procedures
i) Trainees will be interviewed by Black Ops Agents or the High Command regarding the rules which will be taught by the High Command
ii) Trainees will be taught to handle short-range guns, SMGs, Assault Rifles as well as Sniper Rifles.
iii) Trainee will undergo flying lessons.
iv) Trainees then will finally have a practical test.

The Black Ops will recieve any applicants. These operatives will be invited by the high command only. Applications to join this division will be REJECTED without further discussion.

Salary Division

The Kavalagar agents will be paid 2,000 ARD each week.

The Courier Service agents will be paid 50% of the payment received by the customer for a delivery.

The Paramilitary Force agents will be paid 5,000 ARD each week, and an extra 2,500 ARD for completing assignments assigned by the high command.

The Black Ops agents will be paid 15,000 ARD each week, and an extra 5,000 ARD for completing assignemnts assigned by the high command.

A group of Pirates were seen stashing some of their treasures at the sea shacks. Since the absence of VCPD Officers at that moment, one of our agent and an ARPD Officer responded to the situation, sending the pirates away and confiscated the stash.
Valuables worth over 5,4000$ were siezed.(all agents went on ARPD duty)

Group of smugglers in a yacht were last seen heading towards Prawn Island from Lighthouse. With no VCPD available at the moment to stop the smuggle, CS decided to stop the smugglers(all agents went on ARPD duty). We dispatched 2 Paramilitary Agents and our director to the situation. We lost two of our men trying to land on the Yacht, while our director successfully made it. The smugglers were hostile. They started firing M4 and AK-47's at him.

The director equipped with some Colt-45's, some Pump-Action Shotgun's and a nightstick, decided to take them on by himself.
The hostile smugglers didn't surrender, hence, Director Callahan fired at them, successfully killing 2 of the smugglers, while one of them surrendered.

He was interrogated by CS and was finally sent to jail by an ARPD Officer.

A group of smugglers yet again were seen heading from Lighthouse to Prawn Island, VCPD Officers were not available at the moment, so two of our Paramilitary agents responded to the situation and successfully took down the hostile smugglers.(all agents went on ARPD duty)

Vice City Police Department is willing to recognize the Callahan Security only and once again only as a private security firm. We're refusing and objecting to any law enforcement rights being granted to this group. We are, however, willing to settle on the right of corporate self defence for the firm involving heavy duty weaponry, when it is needed to perform their duties and when their own or the subject's of their protection lives are in imminent danger under the following conditions:

1) Callahan Security to be given rights to protect the lives of the protective custody subjects by deadly force only if met by deadly force. This means that unless they or their subjects have been attacked, they should call the police and await for the police to remove the threat from the premises.
2) Callahan Security is to be given the rights to display weaponry in public space when protecting their subjects only when it is needed as means of intimidation to make a possible threat back off.
3) Callahan Security must inform the Vice City Police Department of every situation when a weapon had to be discharged under the said conditions.
4) Callahan Security members must be prohibited from comitting any crimes. Crimes comitted by this security firm will classify it as a criminal organisation.
5) Vice City Police Department is to be given the authority to issue/revoke those rights to the said firm and reserves the right to revoke the said authority at any given moment if we feel like it is being misused or if the conditions are not being met.
