I lent Melan 2 times and he gave me back the 1st time and didn`t give me back the 2nd time because i didn`t see him again
he said he will pay the 33 k on 7th November i think,
and 77k on 31th october , but i couldn`t see him after he paid me the 77k

Was a contract signed? Are there any screens/video of contract making and signing? What are the terms of the deal? Just with this you posted you won't be able to get a refund.

You didn't get the point,  money you are mentoring is 30k loan with proofs, for a payback of 33k and then 70k after that, that's eather a insane interest rate, or you lack proof for the other part of the loan (70k). I don't see  no contract, i see he is saying terms, but this is just sloppy loaning.
Also please try to act this is the court at least a bit.
This looks like a report and not a court case.

i don`t understand but i mean that i didn`t see him since he gave me the first payment , he isn`t a thief or sth. like that but i didn`t see him till now to give me back my money

I accept that i took both the loans and paid 1st loan 70k(77k with interest) on correct date, the 2nd loan was said october 7th to be paid back. I was active on 7th for 6hours but he never showed him showing his responsibility, i waited till december last then too he didnt come up, now he opens a case without even asking/coming ingame. The court can take a decision i will follow and make sure it is followed correctly

Sir this guy us not coming up, i'm ready to give money any moment but.. he never came online since December or November. I think you understand the situation the guy want money back but he don't wanna come online tell me what will i do. I tried to contact him but no use.... I don't know why he posted a case against me without asking or coming online since last year. That's all i wanna say, the CASE is still unsolved please make a solution i can't carry the money in my pocket daily
