The decision was not taken by myself only, it's been processed through HQ aswell. You've been warned plenty of times throughout the weeks to quit your provocative attitude towards players and mainly Viktor and Mazen about the so called scam which never happened yet you kept doing so, the day of the ban was the final straw for it which led to take such a decision. You've been talked too by Brian, Alfred, myself quite a lot and given plenty of chances but you just blew them as you didn't care at all of what we've said.

What should you expect from me from now on? To be honest as I've been all that time. So, now as the unban request is public, I'll explain my point of view regarding that situation.

In December I gamble with Viktor for $14,000,000. I send him the bet. I win the bet. He can't pay me the money he owes me, which according to the RULES is bannable, I inform you and Andeey about that. You don't take actions. I agree to wait him some days. The day he decided to pay, he wanted me to HOLD the so called "STRACCI HQ" with the money he owes me. I agreed to hold it for a week, then he said two. However in the 6th day Mazen wanted me to play with him inside my own casino worth $15,800,000. I also had $4,000,000 in my bank account. The bet was for $17,000,000 but he said he is going to pay me if I win. And as you didn't take any action last time I played with Viktor, I thought it's totally fine to send the money after he wins. I won. He scammed me. I contacted every single person including Gandalf and everyone said they can't do anything, because the bet was invalid.

The same day I still own STRACCI HQ and I talk with Peter, asking him if it's ok if I decide to take the property for me, as there is no LEGAL CONTRACT, to make it LEGAL DEAL. I decide to sell the property and here comes the funny part according to me. Brian was one of the bidders. He offered me $2,000,000 + his vortex for this property. I only wanted to get my $17,000,000 back. However he understands about the situation and decides to /asell the property as a punishment to me and Viktor. So this is how we both were scammed. If there was a rulebreak or a legal scam (which wasn't legal) he should have taken action, but since Peter was involved with telling me that I am allowed to scam them and later according to Brian he admitted that what he said is wrong and apologizes no action was taken. Property was sold and bought by the same person who offered me $2m plus his vortex for that property. 3 weeks later the name of the property was changed to something that doesn't give any information about any future government auction or anything, the property is now owned by the division leader which triggered me to start that provocative talk in /p.


With that being said I admit what I said to Mazen and Viktor was wrong and I shouldn't have done this at all. But I still think your decisions are biased because of a mistake I did in the past (with the CIA vehicles). As someone who has been in the staff team, I know when someone deserves a permanent ban. My punishment history was pretty clean, except the banana you gave me before you banned me. I accuse you of making hasty decisions and I also accuse Brian of abusing his authority to sell a property that doesn't belong to him in any way and buying it with (my own assumption) money he can never make with his SAPD rank.

And to let you know, if I didn't care I wouldn't even bother talking about it. I care about Argonath, but there are people who make repetitive and incompetent decisions and that's why Argonath is dying.

Again my sincere apologizes to everyone I provoked. I know what I've done is bad. I admit partially that I deserve this punishment and I have no interest in talking about this in the future.

You're forgetting one thing, you are spreading lies but we spent hours upon hours investigating this issue, we spoke to several people, not just you, we checked logs, we collected data, screenshots, videos. You're trying to tell us a story we already know the answer to, and you are not realizing that we're seeing right through your lies, for example your lies about the deal you made with Viktor, I know what the deal was, what the agreement was that you made, yet you are sharing something different here.

Yes I made an offer for the property when you made an advertisement, yet that was several hours before I was told how you obtained the property and the deal you made, before I even bothered investigating the whole situation.

As for my wealth, I've had more wealth than you had before your gambling spree before I even joined the HQ team, I used to also gamble in the past, and I know how to use my money properly in order to make profit out of it, while also being able to spend money on the things I want to spend money on.

Anyways, rather than accusations that you've got no idea about, lets go actually take care of your unban request.

Point 1, you are lying to us, you aren't telling the whole truth to make yourself look better and others worse.

Point 2, your unban request isn't an unban request, no where you are actually trying to fight the ban reason, all I saw was a bunch of accusations towards other people and an attempt to an apology.

Point 3, we explained you how and what the reason for the property confiscation, aka your punishment, was. You guys broke the gambling rules, then you caused a big fit over a property. We could've punished you in different ways, but since you guys only care for money, we decided to punish you in a way you'd care more about than being banned, which seems to have worked for Viktor, for you, not so much.


As for you speaking to Peter, I already explained you before that Peter made a mistake, I spoke to him about it, he understood, I spoke to you about it, at the time you seemed to understand, yet again in this appeal I don't see you write about that, again you're just trying to put others in a bad light rather than redeem yourself for what you've done wrong.

So what can you do next, well first of all you need to look at yourself, yes, others have made mistakes but this isn't their unban request, this isn't their issue to resolve, it is yours, you were the one that did what you want, not others, sure what others have done to you, as you claim, might've angered or annoyed you, but that is no excuse to be doing what you are doing, I am annoyed by what people do form time to time too, but that doesn't mean I go about breaking the rules in order to inform them of such by flaming them, or causing trouble for others, I take care of it in an appropriate way.

Is the property still yours? Did you actually make "government auction"? As I said if I scammed Viktor, the property should have been returned to him.

I created this idea that if it's implemented, the government (aka HQ) can't hold properties like you did (are doing).
Stealing a property using your fancy commands isn't a punishment, it's a rulebreak but many people advised me that I should keep my mouth shut while talking to your grace if I want to be unbanned.

I'm not fighting the ban reason, I was banned for provoking people. I admitted it and apologized. But this apology was meant only for the people I provoked not for those who felt provoked by me by "telling the whole truth to make yourself look better and others worse." By others you mean you. Well feel free to say the whole truth if you think I'm missing something very important that will prove i'm wrong about my statements against you.

An unban request is a way to redeem yourself, show us that you've changed, and is generally about the reason you were banned for, 90 per cent of this chat is you blaming and accusing others, and about a casino situation, as well as a taken property.

The reason the property is still in my hands, is that we have not decided what to do with the property yet, I myself had a few ideas of something other than just putting it up for auction, for example, we let it be used by an active Los Santos group (allow it as group HQ without it actually being owned by the group.) or possible mapping an attraction in the area, allowing something new to appear. I've no interest to keep the property as I have nothing to do with it, while it's cool I'd rather see it actively being used, that's why I want it to go in to the right hands.

So there you are, now you know why and how, you guys made a misstep, you were punished for it in a way different than others, but effective as it seems. Sadly for you you couldn't leave it at that, and tried to put the blame on others as you did (You could've just come and spoke to me about it instead of constantly accusing me of it or going to others shit talking.)
You're forgetting you aren't the only one with friends in this community, and people you speak to, also speak to me, but they do it properly so they get answers to questions they're having.


So lets discuss your actual appeal now, you are banned for constantly provoking people, a little while before you were banned you even insulted an administrator, which you apologized for. You claim you were the same person you were when you were a moderator, that could be, I know a lot of people that have decided to get different opinions once they were out of the staff team and that is good, that means you aren't stuck with the same opinion and can accept criticism to change the way you see things.

How ever, you have changed, when you were a staff member you took your time to take care of things, looked at the way things were to be done rather than the way you want them to be, you actually looked at the facts and bothered talking to people, you aren't doing that right now, and you haven't been doing that for quite a while. While you might no realize yourself, you changed, and you started hurting the people around you, maybe not intentional but with your actions you clearly didn't try to be the nice guy.
And while I am completely fine with you being different, we still expect you to follow the rules, especially the basic ones, be polite with one another even if you don't like each other. Going around provoking others, insulting them, causing public fights, really isn't the way to go and you know that, I'm sure of that.

I'm willing to give you another shot, I'm even willing to sit down and talk to you personally to discuss things you are having issues with right now, with the current HQ (I know you didn't want to make an unban request unless there was a change in HQ and I am willing to sit down and talk about what you see as an issue.) and I will try working on that, and discuss those issues with the rest of HQ. But I can not have you keep the attitude you are currently having, because I know that if that'd be the case, you will appear in this section again, and I will not be as nice as I am being right now.

So please make a choice, the option is, and will always be yours, and I am hoping this post helps you with making that decision.
