LIBERTY STATE AGAINST JEMMY MARULETTI

SECTION I. SUMMARY
The Crime Investigation Unit has launched an operation against illegal items (drugs and weapons). With this, it has found that Mr. Jemmy Maruletti / Haru Castello has witnessed and assisted several crimes committed by his friends.


SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Act 2.6
Anyone who commits or assists in committing a crime, attempts to commit a crime, or who helps the perpetrators to evade or hide or funds them, is guilty of that crime.

Act 6.12
If a person detains another person or group of persons against his (their) will, this person is guilty of hostage taking or kidnapping.
Hostage taking and kidnapping are a serious offence.
This act is punishable by up to 10 minutes of imprisonment.

Act 6.7
A person who attacks another person, with or without a weapon, is guilty of assault.
A person who attacks another person with a vehicle is guilty of vehicular assault.

Act 90
It is illegal to possess drug.

Act 3.11
Threats to cause injury or death are prohibited.

Act 3.11
Acts 3.9, 3.10 and 3.11 are punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.[/i]

SECTION III. EVIDENCE

Jemmy assisting Lorenzo to have his demand fullfilled within the terms with armed threat. Jemmy would assist it threatening furtherly.
Lorenzo is threatening Dharma to death with the following sentence: "Look kid if we don't get our supplies this gun will shove in your ass."

SECTION IV. CHARGES AND DEMANDS
Charge #1:
Possession of weed.

Charge #2:
Assisting a heavy threat / threat (the subject has been held aginst their wish).

Charge #3:
Assisting / accomplice of the production of weed by one of his friend.

Demand #1:
7 minutes of imprisonment at Alderney State Facility.

Demand #2:
A fine of 15,000 ARD

If the defendant is willing to plead guilty to his charges in court and shows signs of remorse for his actions, the Liberty City Police Department and National Office of Security Enforcement are willing to lower prison time to 5 minutes If the defendant is caught again violating the same acts a more severe punishment will be demanded.

Jemmy_Maruletti was arrested as suspect for kidnaping
letter taken to investigation room for introgation .and Jemmy_Maruletti never make it jail coz he was shot dead as incounter by some of Lcpd(freecops)suspect for suspect intorigation  while trying to brake the room and escaping at the bridge.

So to be clear, Jemmy is guilty of the acts claimed by the LCPD, yet he doesn't exist, if LCPD proves he changed identity Jemmy will be found guilty, without further inquiry.

On other hand, kinda impossible to escape PD vehicle while on the back seat cuffed, what you did smash the door with your head and then jogged off?

If jimmy died his property's lose owner, if you return the Infernus and House jimmy had to state, i would agree he died and you are new character starting from 0, also drug lvl reset, money reset, weed deduction all are in order if you wish to keep the claim, that you are dead.

People will not evade court rp with one death and the expect free access to property's of the "dead player".
If Jimmy is dead then all his property's should be liquidized.
The court has our fair share of encounters will people trying to act smart, and evade court with "death"

There were 3 ranked cops with you in the investigation room, and you right before there eyes unlocked cuffs and broke the door down, while they did what? Sounds whole lot like you just didn't RP, but just wanted to suicide to avoid Court.

Server was crashed and went in downtime for around 10 minutes and roleplay was paused. When the server was back and we weren't present since we didn't know when it could be back he somehow went out the investigation room alone, he was cuffed. Meanwhile a random freecop killed him for no reason (and he gave up too). I have some witnesses who may confirm everything said.
If defendant is willing to provide screenshots of his death (with roleplay from cops too) we can do as the judge said.

I`m totally agreed with Steven`s Statement, we all were crashed was a down time and when the server was back, he evaded careless of the rp limitations (cuffed, door, locked, etc) and acted like a normal suspect even he gave up, Lucifer came and killed him also Lucifer wasn`t involved in RP.
