So there was a rally event yesterday. Since I'm not active on forums, i didn't know about it so i wasn't able to participate. While the event was running, i went there with a sanchez and drove the whole track. At the 3rd parts start there was a barrier and while i was driving , i hit it because it was in my way. For that Alfred warned me while i already left that place. 2-3 minutes after i finished the track Doggi banned me.

Indeed, I banned you.
I can understand your claim that you do not frequent the forum that much, but I don't see how that would affect you not knowing about the event.
There were multiple advertisements made in game, which explained the CB channels and the guidelines.
There was an event-info bar which also explained the event and the CB channels to join.

You, neglecting all of this, decided to head out to the event, and cause havoc.. this was met with a global public chat warning by Carbon, stating that whomever ruins the event, will get issued a straight ban.
You neglected this warning, and kept doing what you were doing, which was met with yet ANOTHER warning, this time by Alfred.

At the finish line of said event, you suddenly came down, speeding, crashing into the finish line, where another person was crossing the line.. the actions all mentioned above, have made it more than clear, a ban would be issued, if you ruin the event - something which you did.

I guess that i didn't notice the advertisements made in game, but i noticed the info bar. And when i saw it, i thought that it was too late to apply for it, but i wanted to participate anyway so i went there and drove the track.

The only havoc that i caused was that i broke one barrier at start of stage 3. Even tho i saw the warning, i continued going, but this time more careful than i was... because i thought that just by driving the track wouldn't harm anyone.

I know that i have a bad memory, but i cant remember that i crashed into the finish line neither that there was another person. there was an other person about 2 minutes after i crossed the finish line and if I'm correct, they crashed into finish line, but i was standing http://prntscr.com/iaqf4j here.

 You joined an event you weren't supposed to partake in, considering all times were individual and logged.
You were on the track alongside the individual racer, creating chaos for those keeping time, as you passed by them, without being  involved in the event, leaving them confused in noting down the time.
This could've very easily resulted in a wrong timing for people whom signed up.

Considering you were warned for this already, yet decided to keep going alongside the track, resulted in this ban.

I'm very sorry for my actions. I wish to play once again on this server. I will do my absolute best to never repeat this mistake again and follow the rule book.

Our remarkable warnings that were flung in the public chat are totally enough for you to understand that wheeling in the track with your vehicle is not permitted. The first alert was given by Carbon that anyone who disrupts the EVENT will be permanently banned, yet, you were seen driving your vehicle in the middle of the track after that notice, so I decided to give one more warning in the public chat, and I did, but you seemed thoughtless and ignored us, and that's when we chose to remove you.

Why would we trust you when you have the "I-do-anything-I-want" attitude? How can we be certain that you would not ignore what we tell you in the future?

I'm very sorry for ignoring you and your warnings. I promise to never do that again. I admit that it was bad to do such things and next time i wont ignore warnings.
