I didn't ignore Andreey's reply. I was about to reply to him but I had an internet downtimethen clg came .However,  It's not a tping hack It's a glitch whoever banned me would see that I was tping to paynspray checkpoints It was a scripted mod in my dowloaded gta files that tps to checkpoints I used it on my singleplayer but I didn't know it could work on samp. I could never never try to hack in Argonath and surely didn't mean to hack by any means Im totally sorry for this.

A glitch is a fault within a system, if you use a modification, even if it was intended for something else, that does something like this, it is classed as hacking, do you understand that?
