[SAMP] Real Strange Problem

I have been playing samp for like 5 months with mods and it ran perfectly then. But suddenly from a few days, it started to lag and i am talking about totally bad lag.
I used to get 60+ fps with mods but now it does go there but i am facing lag spikes. The FPS drops suddenly in

• Interiors
• While Moving
• While using mods that worked perfectly before

Now, it used to be all good before but i dont know if any problem is with my PC. I am running a virus check and will post results when it is done.
I have tried lot of things like

• Clean Installing the game
• Restarting my PC
• Using stream fix and lag fix
• Setting visual quality as low as i can bear

I have full belief that my laptop can handle High Visual FX and that too with lags so its not like my PC cant actually run gta sa. I can play gta 4 better than San Andreas as of now.

You will see that i can play with decent fps outside but as soon as i enter an interior, lag spikes start to occur. Even after using a new install this aint going away.

I seriously am pissed off at this bug and I need help with it.
It would be helpful to me if anyone helps and i would appreciate it

Nope. My usual FPS that shows on the FPS bar is 30+ atleast and also touches 60 and more. But my framrate drops terribly when i

• Interiors
• While Moving

Check the video and notice me inside the room vs oustide the room.

My FPS doesnt lock at 30 or smth. I have tried setting /fpslimit to 60 but still doesnt work. With low framerate I experience lag spikes.

Did you remove /every/ file that belongs to GTA SA? Like the folder in documents etc? Tried a different GTA SA (pirated, another CD, Steam etc)?

Nope. Didnt want to lose saves. I will try this now.

I had an original gta sa disk which i saved on my pc cuz my disk is now kinda broke

Well you can just move the file to a harddrive that the game wasnt installed on/USB etc

Deleted the douments files and reinstalled the game again but now samp doesnt even work. Singleplayer does work and i even saved in sp.

Now i installed windows 10 and reinstalled the game along with all files of gta sa.

I can play the game now but now it is starting to present another problem which is probably with my screen. I can see the screen flicker like crazy like an old tv. The screen is filles with random black lines that appear every second.

The game itself works around 60 fps and i have not tested the interiors but i can move with good fps at high speeds.
I cannot capture the flickering thing because capturing works perfectly unlike and captures perfect videos and ss.


Not even tired mods yet. I will play with a clean install as of now.

Yes. It was 800x600 before then i changed it to like 1366x768. After that it was constantly flickering

Looking at your video, I am pretty sure I had the same problem. It was quite some time ago but I am pretty sure playing around with Nvidia graphics settings fixed it for me.

I use intel HD and my settings are same as before. Only san andreas is flickering like this.

After switching on my frame limiter, the flickering goes away but the fps is locked at 30.
Even with the /fpslimit set to max. The game doesnt get that much fps it needs to attain

@JackDockz, ESC>Options>Display Settings>Advanced Settings> Disable the frane limiter. That's all.
