[Ammount need to be paid] 50k from [Triad]Twillight

This contract is for future reference should court intervention be required. This ammount need to be Paid because i sold him a house with 120k and he paid me 70k and told me i will pay you 50k later ,  made between Smaug (lender) and [Triad]Twillight (borrower).

Contract Terms
This Ammount of $50,000 is to be paid back by 23/2/2018
If the loan payment is late, there will be a penalty of $50,000.
If the borrower fails to repay the loan, they will be sued in the Court of Vice City for the loaned amount and late fee, for a total of $100,000.

Smaug's Signature
