Dear Court, I am Ms. badGirldhia, legal representative of Ms. badboydhia . I wish to bring proceedings against James_Conway (‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court. The following claim will be brought against James_Conway:

It is submitted that the Defendant has been selling goods in violation of Act 12.1 of the Criminal Laws of Liberty City.
Act 12.1
Fair competition - it is forbidden for a business owner to rapidly lower prices of his products to draw clients from the competition.

I humbly submit that the aforementioned act have occurred at the Defendant’s electronics store, which is located at Downtown ,montauk ave (/gps Knockoff Samsung).
The Defendant has priced goods at the electronics store very far lower than the market value.

This is a screenshot of the pricelist of the only electronics factory on liberty city ! Taken on 15/02/2018 , as we see from the picture:
- the stock price for GPS is $800.
- the stock price for CB is $400.
- the stock price for Cellphone is $400.

This is a screenshot of price list of the electronic store , taken on 15/02/2018. It is evident that the goods sold by the Defendant at the store are priced at a value that creates zero profit and make the owner lose money its VERY lower than the market value.

Requests/demands
I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1.   A court order directing the Defendant to stop rapidly reducing the price of his goods in breach of the fair competition law,
3.   Obtain damages for the loss that Two of electronics store Apple store and Samsung (owned by Ms. badboydhia) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.

Dear Badgirl Dhia,

I am happy to see you have started a court case to shed light on this monstrosity of a problem. Now we may finally address this problem.

I would like to admit that I started this electronic business, which is right across the popular 'Samsung' business owned by Ms Badboy, to undercut his (or hers?) prices. I felt that Badboy Dhia is making too much profit from selling his merchandise together with his other electronic business 'Apple'. I remember that you could buy a GPS for 200 dollars, and Badboy would sell it for 900. That's a profit of 700 dollars. Newcomers in Liberty City would find themselves with empty pockets if they would want a new cellphone, GPS, alarm or radio. I would like newcomers to have a fantastic time without the problem of having to spend too much.

That's why I started a business myself where I would find a reasonable price to sell electronics. I am selling a GPS for 300 dollars which was bought for 200 dollars at the factory. That's a modest profit of 100 dollars for me and newcomers would still have spending money.

I am guilty of the definition of this act. I sold my merchandise deliberately lower than my competitor Ms Badboy Dhia, but I did so with fairness in mind! I didn't not undercut stock prices and I did not make this a non-profit business. It was to break his unfair monopoly of electronic merchandise.

Now I understand that the stock prices of electronics has increased lately, but I am sure stock prices were not as high when Badboy Dhia bought his electronic merchandise. He clearly meant to exploit electronics because of his monopoly. Which brings me to another law.

Act 12.2
Business owners are forbidden to unitely increase prices on their products in order to leave the customer no choice on where and for what price to buy a product. This also damages fair competition mentioned in the previous act.

I believe that this act is applicable on this monopoly of his.


All I want is fairness is product prices, if Badboy Dhia is willing to adjust his prices to 100 or 200 dollars above stock/producing prices, then I will forfeit my protest and sell my electronic business.

Disclaimer: I have been a Judge, which I am not anymore, and still hold a role where I advise the court jury. However I do not use my influence or in any other case to positively or negatively  influence results. I totally withdraw in any decision making. The court jury is an independent organ which will make non-biased decisions. Also I expect the judge to objectively look at this and not subjectively. Look at the facts and leave your personal opinion at home!

Dear court,

     As the owner of the only electronics part wholesale, I was the one to match the stock prices as near to the sale price at badboydhia owned stores, due to his monoply and abuse of the citizens of the LC with fake infalted prices, as soon as the Samsung store was sold by Mr.Osamad, badboydhia as new owner set the prices through the roof, as he was then the owner of the 2 most popular electronic stores, and he wished to swindle money of players who are new to LC as his store Samsung used to be closest store to the MGS and there for the go to store for new citiznes since they don't know where other cheaper electronics store are, the greed of badboydhia, made me draw the line and start a war for justice, as the knock off samsung owner said the prices he made were just extreme, as soon as badboydhia who claims the victim here but is, in fact, the predator who wanted to swindle money or of unsuspecting visitors of the LC.

All electronic parts in store are essential to daily life in LC and not a luxury, and all who wanna stick around are kinda forced to own them, the idea of monopoly over new citizens is just unacceptable to my self. As soon as badboydhia returns moderation of prices I will drop the stock prices so we can keep fair competition in LC. I accept that I have raised prices in order to block the exploit attempt of the badboydhia, but as you can see others had the same idea.

Please Jury I urge you to return the moderation of prices for electrnoic items.

After thinking what you said is true, i was trying to reach something and i have forgot the new comers to LC. So i agree to reduce the price 300 dollars less.
Also i admit that i was guilty about act 12.2 i did increase the prices !
