It's not a skill to desynchronise shots towards your player so you don't deal any damage when people are shooting, no it is not lag you can normally detect people's places so you cannot blame your internet connection on this one. You've been using lag.cs (and yes we have evidences which are not going to be shown to you or anyone from the public) which has a toggle and that is why you're pretty confident to say that you do not have any modification on your game but you're wrong again, it is easily detectable. You've been banned twice before, making this one your 3rd, your previous ban was for aimbot aswell which you've denied weeks over weeks but in the end you admitted meaning we've already dealt with you and know the way you act and deny things you think we don't know.

And about the skill you claim having, you have none. The reason why you have too many kills is because you always provoke cops in someway (baiting the cops by growing few seeds and calling them to drag their attention or just drive recklessly around freecops to make them attempt to stop you so you evade a traffic stop and run towards your group of friends to help you out which is why you get the kills easily as they put the most damage on the cops instead of you) which is happening on an average 3 times a day.
