- I log into Argo at CMHQ
- I run into the Infernus which is parked at the HQ
- I drive to GS9
- I park there and do nothing
(I don't even think I turned my engine off)
- I leave my desk to go to eat
- After I have eaten, I went to walk my dog
- Literally a few minutes after i've left my house, as seen in the screens in the other unban request, my discord has exploded with messages all over mentioning for me to get back in the game. I have told everyone and even sent pictures. On request of Marlo, i've sent the dog itself too. I have been kicked from the game during me walking my dog, i've been notified of this through discord too. After I come from walking my dog, I don't log in for a few minutes (10 minutes or something, i'm not completly sure of that) and i've chatted with my friends on discord. After I finished speaking, I have tried to log in game, but failed to do so with a ban.

Also, considering the fact that I didn't know that there would be an arrest warrant on me or anything, why would I "fake" afking? I wasn't a suspect, nor was aware of anything that was going to happen to me.

If I have missed anything please notify me.

Also, i'd like to mention that if I get the chance to roleplay with anyone, I do so. I do not remember any occasion of which I refused to RP with anyone.

I am doing this for the sake of me coming back to Argonath, to meet my friends once again in the game, and to play the server. BUT, as I have no other choice to prove myself correct in this situation as you can all see, and you seem to claim that you have some kind of "proof" against me... I was there the whole time and I was moving my mouse around. The only reason I'm admitting to this is that I want to come back to playing Argonath and meet my friends again. I do still, in fact, stand by my statements as I've claimed above, yet as I've no other choice but to admit to what I apparently did wrong to get out of this, I see this is the only way I can actually get out of. I still state myself to not be guilty of this rule break, yet I will still take the punishment for it anyways as I respect all of your decisions made. I understand that I have been wasting your time during this whole situation, and I am sincerely sorry for this. On the other hand, Mircea, Diveron, and other Agents involved in this arrest warrant and the efforts you put into this, I apologize for not notifying you or anyone on the server whilst going AFK, all of the time you put in, and the effort indeed, As I've been told by many people, Mircea has taken a day off work sick for this, which I didn't expect anyone to do, but miracles, rather unlucky moments too occur in life. Mircea, I'm sorry for this, especially to you. I hope to get unbanned and continue my other work which has involvement in the FLA, Shady Inc, and going back in business with Corleone too. Last, but not least, In the future, I will make sure that I tab out, ESC or even /Q before I go AFK just so no misunderstandings can be made by anyone in any situations.

Although I do still stand by my statements, as I've stated above, I do in fact have no other choice but "admit".

So as you probably know by now, we don't like people lying in our faces, and we also do not like it when people try to say things like ' I admit that I did it wrong even though I didn't do anything wrong.' since that's not really appealing your ban, that's just trying to get unbanned so you can continue with you were doing.

Your ban is valid, I double checked, and triple checked things on requests of others and we kept getting on the same outcome. Wether you want to admit it or not is up to you, but don't pull the 'I'm not wrong but I'll admit I was' tactic as it will not work. You either appeal your ban in your defense, or you admit to what you are doing.

Trying to pull our tail isn't going to do you no good because we will stand with what the evidence provided us with, your ban wasn't placed because we don't like you, or because we could, your ban was placed because you were breaking the rule,s and then lied about it afterwards.

If we were to unban you, through the proper methods, you are to understand that you can't just do things how you'd like it, there's a bunch of rules you have to follow, and they're there so that everyone can have a fun time, not just you.

They will tell you when they reach a verdict, you have to be patient.

I think you've had enough of a break to realize that what you did isn't accepted, if someone offers you a role play opportunity, even if it isn't one in your favor, you role play it out, you don't go afk, quit, grief, etc.

You're hereby unbanned, I hope you learnt from this.
