Add "Discord" profile field

Hundreds of active, semi-inactive, and inactive Argonath players are using Discord. Aside from the main official community server, we also have Discord servers for Argo subcommunities (servers) and player clans / groups. The one thing they all have in common are a user's / player's Discord tag.

Aside from the games' profile fields (VC:MP, SA:MP, IV:MP, DayZ, Minecraft) we also have fields for Skype, Twitter, and Steam. Why not add one for Discord? It'll make users easier to identify.
