If you wish to play on T4, then yes. Also you will need EFLC if you don't have it yet.

T3 gets emptied out and remains almost pointless to play on.. used only for advertising T4

News: The server migration was done. We are planning to open it for public today in afternoon once the testers finish their job.
The database copy was made on 24/03/2018 00:15, the server will rollback to that time.
