T4 Taxes

Can anyone take courtesy and explain how the tax system works in T4 for the properties? Like how much percent of the money should be paid as taxes and stuff like that?

I think I owned a cheap property in T4 once and it had 2k tax for 1 Hour

Last time I checked in T4 was 1% of the property value but that was a test so.......... Idk

what happens if someone doesn't pay taxes?
how much taxes does a homeless who owns a house of 32k pay per month? I barely have -$352 in game (and I doubt I still own the house  )

Well with taxes, money making should be improvised. We are paid very less as compared to VC:MP or SA:MP which already have a tax system. A raise in Job rewards and paydays should be introduced

It will be 500 or even less. Tax rate will increase as the number of properties owned increase. If you only got a few, you dont have to worry about it then.
