Its just 1% for one property,  lets be honest you will have up to 5k by easy chilling as fireman and medic.

Owners of over 5 propertys have a reason ti cry its not so fair, but then again good business means even with taxes you will have a gain per month with little effort.

How much time we would have after 1st to pay the taxes? I mean, if we aren't able to join the game by 1st or few days after 1st, when does the property gets sold?

Can't it be extended to a week at least? If someone can't get in on the 1st, what is he supposed to do?

This month the taxes were already paid for everyone (huyaay!). On the 1st of April the server will collect the taxes and you will have until the 30th of April to use /paytax again. In other words you can use /paytax at any momement from 1st of April until the last day of the month.

the taxes depend on the type of property ? or how mush the property cost , or the profit of the property ?

If someone have more than one property, the fisrt property will have to pay 0.5% and 2nd will increase a little and so on?
Or it will increase for all properties from first one?
