Approximate date of getting banned: 26/03/2018
Reason of getting banned: Probably for constant breaking of the in-game rules. I wasn't given a reason this time but I spoke to Klaus and he told me it was due to me heli-blading my gang-friends (Which was accidental). I accept that if it was an accident or not, it's still against the rules either way. I had already been warned by Kessu and given temporary bans numerous times also, so this heli-blade situation probably topped it all off for myself, as to which to ban was given to me. I do accept most responsibility, but I am playing on my little brothers laptop and sometimes the keys stick, so when I am in a vehicle I can let go of accelerate and the vehicle still drives until I tap accelerate again. I know that isn't a good enough excuse but it's part of the reason which led to my ban. All I can say is that I am sorry and I know that I don't deserve to be unbanned due to the previous rule breaks and having Kessu lose his shit, so if I am permanently banned I understand.

For one, at no point did I lose my shit when handling your situation.

It was you who was boiling over during the scenario which caused me to block you from both my personal discord and the VC:MP discord.

Your ingame behavior isn't much different and nobody likes a guy who is ruining the atmosphere in the server.

Tell me why should we give you another shot?

Then my apologies then, mate. I agree that I was extremely raged as I was banned for what I believe was an accident but rules are rules and look what has happened.

I don't believe you should give me another chance Kessu, you have done me extreme favours in keeping me on the sever and I accept all responsibility and do not blame anybody else. I apologise once again and if you was to give me another chance I would be on perfect behaviour ALWAYS. If i'm not on good behaviour (Which I will be) then feel free to permanently ban me forever.

I don't know why I am dick sometimes on the server but now I have faced reality, so once again, I am sorry.

Your main issues:

1. Flaming - You excessively flame when enraged over rulebreakers and people provoking you.
2. Heliblading accidentally - it has happened too often.

How are you going to fix these issues in future?

I'm the idiot that thought flaming would get the most attention towards me e.g When someone DM's me, or does something against me in-game and my first thought is to flame in the main chat. I will in future, if given the opportunity to, is use /report or keep my mouth shut all together.

Yes it has happened too often, the best thing I could attempt is to take my keys off my laptop keyboard and clean underneath. I'm just scared I won't be able to get the buttons back on.

Maybe you should consider not piloting helicopters until you can be sure you won't accidentally heliblade. If you know its too risky then just don't do it, especially when near other players.

Show us some patience. Impatience gives the idea that you are not taking this seriously. We will discuss whether or not to keep you banned. Wait for our decision.

We once had a chat about me having to come ingame to talk to you about basic rules and how you as a regular should know and be able to follow them with ease.

I also told you to read the rules properly and yet you kept breaking them.

Given the opportunity to come back, would you finally take the chat we had to heart so you won't just come back here?

And more importantly, given the opportunity to come back, would you finally actually listen to what you're being told by administration instead of saying "ok" and "sorry"? Because that's not going to get you out of trouble, it manages to do quite the opposite actually.

Yes and obviously i'm a thick bastard who thought I could do what I want and now I have learnt the hard way. I am very gutted to have time off the server but I believe it has done me well. I promise I will take it to heart and it would never happen again, i've now realised. You or any staff will no longer have to tell me what to do as I will follow the rules, I am very sorry and it will never happen again.
