[IV:MP] /chatmode adjust [SUGGESTION]

I'd love for chatmode to be able to save after relogging for a future version of the game mode, often forget that my chatmode is set to public again and I just start talking there, it's not something that's a big issue but in my personal opinion would be a nice adjustment with the recent coming of T4.

Can be useful but i prefer one time chatmode cuz i like speaking on the public chat very much

Re-logging does not actually affects chatmode, the server restarts do, so yea maybe if it would be able to save after restarts that would be great cause I myself use local as my default chat-mode.
