Hello Earl,

The attitude you've shown during yesterday's situation, not only it but different situations in past was totally unacceptable and honestly I myself wasn't expecting you to take it far on a situation that isn't even worthy of that.
Your unban request here is to discuss your attitude and the reason why you're banned, and seeing your unban request I can see you haven't really put the needed effort to show how interested you are in getting unbanned, so I suggest you to work more on it if you want to get more attention from HQ.
Honestly, what you've said to me was totally unacceptable, especially how I haven't insulted you at all but I myself do not really care about it, so I can tell you I'am not really personally mad about it.

You have been in the server for years and years and if I'm not mistaken you've been here for longer than myself; However your attitude recently has been really an issue to the players even though you haven't been really that much active.
According to you, you say you're really sorry about what happened and your recent attitude, but how can we be sure it has really changed? Why would you be given another chance even though this isn't the first time you're getting banned and especially for the same reason?
What would change in case you get unbanned and how would you act to make the place enjoyable for the rest of players?

hey, sorry been a busy past few days.

i don't think there's anything i can say to convince you i'm genuinely sorry or that i will change my behaviour. i got ticked off when younes brutally DMed me and reacted in affect. when i log onto argo it's to roleplay, not get shot by a barrage of rockets for standing peacefully on a hill. what i can tell you however is that i have one of the cleanest punishment records out there and that i've never been banned for stuff like deathmatching, using cheats or script abuse. it would literally take you a minute to remove me from the server if i do shit like this again. people who have contributed next to nothing to this server have gotten away with doing stuff that's a lot worse in the past, so i don't see why i shouldn't get another chance, but it's ultimately up to you

Having "clean" punishment history when you usually do your thing and directly quit is irrelevant to this ban and that card is pretty much useless now since you're here. No one brutally "dmed" you, one of your friends was suspected and used an aircraft which made heavyair deploy and started shooting at people because one of your friends shot heavy air. The ban was placed due to your consistent and lame ways of provoking people and shit attempts to stall the development of the server and demotivating our players and our developing team, your everyday hunting on the small groups for no reason with the excuse "cant one roleplay here" which eventually made them leave the server. You have been talked with, plenty of times, but you just kept shrugging it off and continued with the same crap but I will give you a chance.

Your review date is set on June the 22nd, this does not mean it will be an automatic unban, anything you do or say on forum or any Argonath service can and will affect your unban. Ban evading will get you a permanent denial if not a delay.
