Hey there Argonaths!
I just have a question to ask, is it really necessary to have GTA EFLC in order to run client t4 or is it compatible with GTA:IV aswell? Really confused..
Help would be appreciated! <3

Client T4 works with EFLC only and doesn't work with normal GTA IV; So you pretty much gotta get EFLC ;)
