When you were banned: if this morning ban was recent then it was like 15:25 pm if not then its like 5 months ago

Reason why you did it: i don't know where to begin but i will speak about the main reason i was banned before T4 came out:

by saying this i was only promoting my family and reinforce our presence in streets like saying we dominate Liberty city i swear i had no intention to speak bad about argo community ; Genovese or any other family cant exist without Argo Staff efforts and we guys appreciate that ; so once again i swear i had no intention to minmize Argo staff efforts ; i tried to explain this to a leader after my ban but then he brings up somethign i never did he says that i was ban evading after i got banned which is not true and i dare anyone to give proof on that a logical proof not a discord coincidence that displayed that im playing Iv when someone named *Sofyan* joined ivmp server...

- so about T4 i heard many banned players got unbanned as T4 came out official ; i tired to log in i forogt my acc i registred new one then i remember the old acc and logged in played yesterday and this morning i /q i come again and i got message im banned ; idk if it was for something i did in T4...

anyway i guess me being ablke to join today is clear evidence that my IP is not same as that ban evader you Claim ; i hope we be reasonable here and try to find a solution .

ok i see where this is going and i don't think it will go further than denieing my unban request but i just want to tell you that we did not force any roleplay there ; proof we came surrounded Arty car asked him to get out he/she entred car  an did ** /me locks car doors**  that means he or she accepted the roleplay by roleplaying the action of locking her/his car doors ; so withdrawing from roleplay action is not allowed as far as im aware of and reporting us like that after engaing in roleplay situation is kinda lame ; also my intention was not to kill arty i didnt know we could kill via glass in T4 also i /pm him and appologized ; and if the ban was abotu damaging his car i guess there is a court hall to view that case....anyway im cool if you wont unbann  me but if you blaming someone it must be me not steam or anybody in that video cause we have ordred the shot ; and if you think we are bloodish i assure you we are not proof is all we wanted is having a simple roleplay we kidnapped dwayne after that and all went smooth.

The ban was put back on your account before I even saw this video, however it does not help your case at all that this happened in the short amount of time you were able to access the server.

Steam is a big boy and knows what he is doing.

As for the ban evading it is also irrelevant, it doesn't effect your chances of an unban much. The evidence of that is quite clear though, anyone who would like to see it and give their opinion about it can PM me.
