Reason why you did it: So basicly, this is what i need to explain to you guys. We did huge RP yestarday with LoW family and few members from Castello. And we tried to find a guy for hostage, and we found Dwayne_Johnson for our roleplay. Firstly, when we got him at MGS area, he denied the RP and ran away. Then later on, when we catched up to him at DPD, He accepted the RP. (You can check yestardays logs if you dont believe me.) Then we got him to RP with us, and we took him as our hostage and drove to Beachgate, Genovese's old headquarters. It was all going well, until somehow cops started to join the server. And yeah, i admit this the situation got out of hand pretty quickly after the cops showed up to the Roleplay scene. So, we kept on going with the RP scene, until someone outside the house, shouted: (You have 10 seconds to bring out the hostage or we will use force.) At that moment, i went outside of the genovese hq, and there was lots of cops. (Like 10 if i remember right, Nooses and FBI.) Well, i told my guys to protect the outside area for any movement. Then suddenly, someone shot someone, and that's when it got out of hand, and the whole Deathmatch scene started. I admit that we were using strong words againts the hostage and stuff. But, to be honest, I personaly didn't know who started the whole deathmatching scene. So please, check the yestardays logs if you wont believe me. I admit that im definetly not the roleplayer or good person in anyway, and i never ment to hurt any administartor.

Also, the scenario that you have mentioned didn't get you banned, you got banned because of something else. Try to remember it.

Oh damn, sorry for the mistake that i though tand banned me. You mean the scenario on FBI Headquarters? Yeah, it was huge mistake and we never should've done that scenario. I am truly sorry if i hurt anyones feelings, i just couldn't control myself for some reason. I dont want any harm on the server anymore. And yes, we did destroy cars and bikes from dealerships, and its script abusing. We will pay it all back if i can just comeback, atleast i wish. I didnt ment to rulebreak, or harm anything on the server. I cant really explain how sorry i am for what i have done.

All this started when someone (still unknown) ordered a hit for me and Mr. Mane_Jugovic completed the hit. It got me "triggered" if you ask me. That's why there is all this Lucchese vs Genovese stuff going on.

You were looking at a 30 day suspension to give you some time away from the server before the ban evasion shenanigans began.

In all past cases where this happened the offending party was given a minimum 90 day ban.

I do feel like you have true regret for what you have done, and due to your long history on IVMP I am willing to revisit this in 45 days (this is not an unban date but a re-opening of this topic). Some would say its too much, others will say its not enough.

This topic will be locked and re-opened on Thursday May 24th. I don't need to tell you what to do/not do during that time.
