Hello i was looking to start playing IV:MP can anyone tell me a good place to download the singleplayer and where can i download the multiplayer one? Thank you

Good to see that you are interested in IV:MP.

We do not provide download links, so you have to search it yourself.
Argonath uses the new T4 client, you can download it at iv-mp.eu.

It uses GTA:EFLC so please buy / use that and not the original GTA:IV.

I want to play GTA IV too, so where can i buy it for IV:MP? Can i buy it on steam? does it work good on Windows 10?

EFLC can be bought on Steam yes. Just buy the pack, not the original IV game.

As far as I know (I use Windows 10), it works perfectly on Windows 10.

EFLC is (if I'm right) a DLC, however it is distributed as a seperate game, with a different storyline, new vehicles and new guns, but running on the same engine.

EFLC = Episodes from Liberty City, a seperate game. If you want to play on IV:MP then you should not buy GTA IV, but the game GTA Episodes from Liberty City.

No it is not terrible. The client is running smooth. Yes it is a new client with it's bugs but those shall be ironed out soon enough and improving.

I did not hear many complaints about EFLC not running on Windows 10 so it seems fine to me.

You can buy it for more cheaper if you have a coupon code. There is even a pack for 3$ (+ Coupon code = Might be 2.5$ or something) but I'm not sure if it is original or pirated.

Keep in mind the specs of your pc. Gta iv is a lot  more demanding than samp.
