History
Vice Kings also known as the Morgan Organization, is a syndicate cum gang based in Glen Park, Los Santos.
The syndicate is one of several drug trafficking organizations that have been known to decapitate their rivals, mutilate their corpses and dump them in public places to instill fear not only into the general public, but also into local law enforcement and their rivals.
Vice Kings started near Idlewood Pizza Shack and Glen Park somewhere near East Los Santos of Los Santos.
There is conflicting information as to the exact area, but this is a generally accepted area by most academic sources. They were originally part of Latin Kings but wanted to make a separate "clique" called Vice Kings and allow immigrants the opportunity to join. This proposal was rejected by the Latin Kings, which led to the formation of the Latin Kings.
Vice Kings gang grew by expanding its membership to same races.
In the early 2000s, the Federal Bureau of Investigation initiated wide-scale raids against known and suspected gang members, netting hundreds of arrests across the country.
