Additional notes:
Was driving past GS9 in my infernus, and was rear shot at my car by someone. About 5 seconds later got banned for weapon hacks... I was inside a vehicle. Passed by a guy named [EAF]DeZ before got shot. The bullet came from his direction but i am not making claims as i'm not sure who was it. About 15 mins before the accident, I actually was buying guns at ammunation, and asked Andeey about an anti-hack message appearing claiming I had guns in-balance. After being suggested to relog the problem was gone. But I think Andeey believed that i'm the one who's hacking.
I'll leave it for the administration to decide.

Only weapons I had were deagle, and a shovel that i bought at ammunation prior. I really can't take responsibility for any other ones. Especially that they did not spawn in my inventory anyway. I'm not too sure what may have caused it. And yeah, the game copy I own is not from the DVD, though I doubt this being the case.
A big shame that I did not have video records of my gameplay like I used to record all the time before.. That would explain everything point-on.

Upon checking your weapons every 5-10 seconds, About a minute or two down the road your car briefly stopped for a second and yet again you spawned 10000 ammo of a hacked weapon. There is no logical way i can think this wasn't some sort of illegal modification

It's possible that it may have appeared, as the game copy I own is not the original. Though it had never caused any admin suspicion before. I'll give it a try to clean install it all over again.  I don't doubt the chance of a loader/mod preinstalled. There's cleo mod folder and other folders I see right now , though I didnt mess with that.
So i guess my first step should be a fresh clean install.

The samp anti-crasher, and some other random files, that are probably to the cleo itself(?).
the cleo save, cleo text folders, and quite an amount of .cleo files.

Could you please send a screenshot of your cleo files, there's no way your weapons would bug out to the extent in which they had.

I dont deny the fact that it may have got all the way to the 10k ammo. Though myself have never noticed any issues ever before, or any more ammo in my inventory than normal. Though maybe it shows different to you than to me.
Just in case will still do a fresh install from a diff source.

You have to be aware of what is inside your GTA:SA folder or this type of situation will remain a possibility.  That being said, Can you get yourself a totally clean version of GTA:SA?

I could, i have a friend who owns a legal retail DVD copy, and i'm sure he could lend me that. Yes I could and will get a legal copy.

Your weaps.cleo is most likely the cause to your random weapon imbalances, So i just you to get a clean version of GTA, and please do make sure that it is 100 percent clean.

I've got the genuine copy now. I'm clean.

Unbanned, make sure to double check any mods/pirated games you install in the future if you're planning to install any.
