1 - Respect all Argonath RPG server rules.
2 - Respect the management of the company
3 - Take good care of the properties (vehicles and businesses) of the company. All trucks rented are the properties of YO Trucking
4 - Truckers must honestly return our vehicles after the rent is over
5 - Tenants must use their truck as assigned with the specified plate number, exception goes to permanent members.
6 - As a legal group, we anticipate truckers to be acting in legal and professional manner whenever you are driving our trucks
7 - Engaging in acts of criminal will lead to blacklisting from renting our vehicles
8 - Vehicle must be in good shape when being returned to us (at least 10% fuel and 90% health)
9 - Truck rental is solely for trucking purposes, Any person caught by the trucking administration or LEOs of Argonath will be dealt with legal consequences.
10 - The driver will be solely responsible for their own actions, and is not affiliated to the company lawfully in any matter.
11 - /YO Trucking company is not responsible for any kind of illegal activity or abusive behaviour, damage against the company or its reputation, individual or against the Argonath law system.
12 - Violation of the rules above may lead to termination from the service and / or result in fines, and legal action.
13 - /YO Trucking founders have the final decision of interpreting this section of Rules and Regulations.
OATH OF QUALITY SERVICE
We, the co-founders of /YO Trucking, member of /YO Transportation and Logistics Company Limited, State of San Andreas, United States of Argonath, at date fourteenth of May, Two Thousand and Eighteen, swear to full, to the best of our ability and judgement to this pledge:
- We shall respect the rules of Argonath RPG SA:MP and all bodies of the community.
- We shall engage in roleplays in all scenarios, no matter large or small, and comply to the highest roleplaying standards.
- We shall show that legal role-playing still have their values and the fun in it.
