SUBJECT: SEVERAL LAW PROPOSALS

Honorable Judge,

The LCPD has seen that Liberty City is getting more and more unsafe on both roads and sidewalks. We would like to improve the safety on roads and with that we propose a new law to be in effect:

Act 11.15
Indicators should be used when operating vehicles on intersections to show other vehicles the direction one is heading to. Citizens failing to use indicators cannot be suspected but can be fined as stated in the LCPD ticketing system.

Furthermore, the LCPD has seen several citizens using fake (toy) weapons that cannot be identified as toy or real, unless standing close and feeling the weapon. Therefor, we would like to request the following law aswell:

Act 10.9
Fake (toy) weapons that cannot be distinguished as fake are not allowed to be used or carried with in public places.

The Jury of the Liberty City, has made a verdict in this case.

Act 11.15

Act 11.15 draft suggestion has been rejected.
The jury has a long debate about this law and for the current state of the Liberty City it would only add confusion.

Act 10.9
Fake (toy) weapons that cannot be distinguished as fake are not allowed to be used or carried with in public places.

This draft also has quite a debate, ending in a tie breaker.
As always the safety of Liberty City citizens is a top priority.
The Draft of Act 10.9 has been accepted and will be added into laws of liberty city.
