1.2 Modifications
Players are allowed to use some visual modifications, it is up to players to determine if the modification is capable of giving them an unfair advantage before using it and you use them at your own risk. Claiming that you did not know an unfair advantage existed within the modification is not a valid defense. For further information about modifications see this post.

• No mods allowed except purely visual txd changes. Any change of vehicle model, object or player model can cause you to be banned if found it gives you a (dis)advantage.

Hence the modifications you used falls under this rule, you should pay attention when installing random modifications to your game, you are pretty much responsible for what happened, we won't accept excuses such as "i use these mods on SP but i forgot to remove" or "i had no idea it could effect SA:MP" et cetera...

Provide us a screenshot of your vanilla game directory with date, also give me an explanation on why such modifications are disallowed in the server? what will you do to prevent this from happening in the future if your ban is lifted?

Just get a new installation for your game and use modloader if you want to install mods.
