Dear Court, I am Ms. badGirldhia, legal representative of Ms. badboydhia . I wish to bring proceedings against [Low]Leksus (‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court. The following claim will be brought against [Low]Leksus:

It is submitted that the Defendant has been selling goods in violation of Act 12.1 of the Criminal Laws of Liberty City.

Act 12.1
Fair competition - it is forbidden for a business owner to rapidly lower prices of his products to draw clients from the competition.

I humbly submit that the aforementioned act have occurred at the Defendant’s restaurant , which is located at Bohan (/gps WFood).

Its clear from thoes pictures that the owner of the restaurant Mr Leksus lowered the price of
burger from 41$ to 39$
pizza from 40$ to 39$
patron from 23$ to 21$
coke from 15$ to 14$
bulgogi from 15$ to 14$
to draw clients from the competition.

Requests/demands
I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1.   A court order directing the Defendant to stop rapidly reducing the price of his goods in breach of the fair competition law,
3.   Obtain damages for the loss that Restaurants empire (owned by Mrs. badboydhia ) has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.

Good evening to the court and jury, I'm here to defend my client Mr Leksus against this witch hunt that's currently going on with the dhia family. As it has been brought to my attention that this witch hunt is just moraly wrong. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has dropped his prices rapidly to hurt the dhia family operations.. That includes alot of illegal gun activity and overpriced food.

I know there has been a similar case when the dhia family made a court case towards Mr Conway with his electronic shop when he dropped the prices as Mr Conway claimed that the Dhia family overcharged everyone for cash load of money. Does it seem fair to those who are less fortune, the ones who can't pay that much to eat? I say that if someone who should be charged for moral disengagement towards everyone should be the Dhia family and their greedy ways to overprice everything.

The Jury of the Liberty City, has decided to lock this case down.

The claims the plaintiff has made are not in bounds of lawbreaking, but simple management of business.

Base of this decision is the fact that minimal stock price of burger stock is 20$, so the price of 39$ isn't a law break.
The same price range per base stock price apply's to other 4 items.

Case rejected.
