Neon Lights for cars?

Well the trainer allows Neon Lights to be placed under the car. It most likely just changes the shadow color. It looks nice and is cool. So maybe if we can have it scripted, it would be a pretty nice tune.

It's a car customization option in native trainer. So, it won't be too difficult to script anywhere since it requires a slight change in a document. This is what I remember from the time I used to mod.
The thing that needs scripting would be it's sync for other players.

It would be better to reserve it for the sports cars not rusty or trucks.

/neon is best :|
or add it in /carcolor ( 5 colors instead of 4  ( the 5th is neon ))
example : /carcolor 134 160 134 189 125 ( 125 is the red neon )
