Prologue
Kiro Mo Bi, born the 21st of May, 1988. The first son of a stereotypical chinese-american family. His childhood devotion for automobiles brought him interest in the underground street-racing scene at a young age. Import drift cars were hype during the 90s, the Fast and Furious franchise helped the trend boom during the  early 2000s. Being raised in Downtown LS, were most workshops used to be located, it was no wonder Kiro would find himself driving at the age of 12. It didn't take long until he moved forward into competitive racing. Los Santos underground culture is diverse, and niches tend to interconnect. This is how a young drag-racing Kiro would first encounter gang culture. It was none other than Wu Shing's Crime Community that he first related to, by a friend of his with whom he used to race. Bad company lead Kiro out of school. His family wouldn't provide for him anymore so he had to find a job that suited his modest teenager skills. His resume earned him a spot behind the drivewheel of a van, around the age of 18. Sadly, he didn't know that would become his first hit, aswell as his first arrest. He didn't learn the lesson, and so two weeks later he recovered the vehicle cops had confiscated from him, in order to retrieve it to Wu Shing's. Soon after he was assigned to the 8th Street Raskal under the triad's command.

Beginnings
Around 2013, Kiro Mo Bi became the raskal's "straw sandal". As their leader, he run the street market in East Los Santos, while also leading his crew into battle as henchmen for the triad, the latter based off of the Pig Pen. Every household, every hotel, every ATM, every store from Glen Park to Los Flores had been "marked" by them. The neighbourhood feared the Raskal, and it paid them tribute. Years passed and Kiro wanted to expand and branch out to the west, but Wo Fat was old and wanted to quit, he couldn't run the Triad anymore. The Raskal disbanded as soon as it found itself surrounded by bigger sharks in a flourishing time for gang activity and crime organizations in eastern LS, just as the triad's dragonheads had part ways.

2nd Incarnation
4 years later, having spent 6 months in prison and 2 and a half years back and forth, in and out of town, freelancing on different mobs' payroll, Kiro met the Wah Ching's Triad. Time had passed, who once lead the hoard had now turned into a lone one man gang. Going back to the roots ment adapting to teamwork again. Frustrating and unsettling as this was, months in the Raskal was renewed. Kiro was once again the leader he used to be. Sadly, no old-time 49ers were to be found, so the cultural aspects of the gang changed with upcoming recruits. There was no day-long patrolling around the turf, neither raskal ceremonies. The old warmongering attitude the original Raskal had was toned down due to Wah Ching's secrecy and low-key ventures. Disregard their will to succeed, once again the triad's own crisis mirrored down into the raskal, and thus both followed into demise.

Revival
Having overcome all the backfire being related to Wah Ching's had brought upon Kiro, he decided to move on with the Raskal as an autonomous organization, non-dependant of any other. This is the blueprint with which the raskal expects to develope into south-eastern Los Santos' most prolific street gang. They're currently running business in Willowfield, aswell as in the self-proclaimed "Santos Chinatown" area of Market, were both the Show World Night Club and the KING WAH Chinese Restaurant are located.
