The owners who didn't pay their properties taxes will have one more chance to reacquire them. Starting this Monday 7th of May they will have 7 days to use /paytax, after that period the players hired/invited will also have 2 days to claim the property for 30% of its value, also by using /paytax.
After a total of 10 days most State properties will be available for sale.

Only the properties with unpaid tax were sold to state. So you know the reason why your biz got sold to state now.

There should be auctions for the more valued properties. Less valued houses and properties should be sold off or removed until requested again.

You use /paytax at the property you are hired/invited.
