Additional info: The location is close to Dukes police department and Phill Pharm [Choose your side].  It was once closed by LCPD for drug trafficking but is at the moment open for use. The property has a convenient parking spot, just beside the access point. Besides that, it is filled up with common inventory for a "business" of this kind, such as all sorts cigarettes, drinks and couple of sports/fashion/auto-moto/xXx magazines.

The auction ends at the end of this week, 20th of May 12PM by server /time. You can update your bid price up to 3 times if needed to.
After the specified time, everyone will have a chance of 30 minute interval to answer to the last bid [if you didn't bid previously 3 times].

If there are none, the property will be sold to highest bidder.
