Dear Court,
I am Ms. badGirldhia, legal representative of Mr. badboydhia . I wish to bring proceedings against Rick Lucchese (‘the Defendant’) in the Justice Court. The following claim will be brought against Rick Lucchese
It is submitted that the Defendant has been advertising goods in violation of Act 12.3 of the Criminal Laws.

Act 12.3
Although businesses are not required to provide all information to consumers in every circumstances, businesses are obliged to ensure the information they do provide in the act of promotion, are accurate and important information is not being kept or manipulated to gain consumers.

I humbly submit that the aforementioned act have occurred at the Defendant’s Cafe, Superstar Cafe which is located at Denver-Exeter Ave , The Triangle.
The Cafe owned by Rick Lucchese, has been misleading public both in its name appearance and sales.

First of all as the Exterior and Name suggest that its should have same kind of cafe, there is none.
We only found burger when we asked for the menu!
we dont found any type of drinks at the Defendant’s Cafe! not even water ...
i really cant understand how a cafe shop Only sell burger for 52$

Requests/demands
I humbly request that the court acts as follows:
1- A court order directing the Defendant to change the name "Superstar Cafe"
2- a public apology to all citizens of Liberty City who have been mislead by huge advertisements and the name.
3- Obtain damages for the loss that Mr.Badboydhia Restaurants's has suffered as a consequence of the Defendant’s actions.

If no physical or financial losses have occurred then this complaint should be filed with the LCPD as a criminal complaint for violation of act 12.3

     Honored Court, Jury, and Judge. I am Joey Stark and I will be representing the defendant Mr.Rick.

First of all, I would like to give some knowledge to both Mr&Mrs. Dhia that "Cafe" is not a name of any food item and definitely not means coffee, but a noun for places where you can buy snacks, meals, drinks etc. A cafe is not obliged to sell any particular item/s but can sell any item/s that the cafe prefers.

First of all as the Exterior and Name suggest that its should have same kind of cafe, there is none.

This is just purely the result of lack of knowledge.

We only found burger when we asked for the menu!

You should feel lucky that our staff was polite enough to bring you the menu even outside the cafe.

We can't really bother with what you or your client can or cannot understand. But just to give you some more knowledge, I would like to share that we use top quality food ingredients to make our burgers, and they are specially made for some special customers who can afford it. We go for quality over quantity.

Biased claims.

I would like to highlight it to the court that the plaintiff and his lawyer is just trying to scam and slander the name of other business owners by making biased claims and cases via court and abusing the system of justice.

Our demands:
     - We request the court to take strict action against the plaintiff and his lawyer for abusing the justice system.
     - A fine of 7000$ ARD for slander and damage to goodwill caused because of the plaintiff's actions.

The defendant failed to articulate how any false advertising or bad business practices has harmed his business, if anything these things would only serve to help the defendant's business rather than harm it.
