I. GENERAL REGULATIONS:

• The Happines Bank with it's employees and customers operates fully in a legalized manner, within the boundaries of the constitution of the United States of Argonath.
• The Happines Bank goal is to improve the business domain in the United States of Argonath, and as of that it offers no-interest loans only to businessmen and businesswomen in the United States of Argonath.
• The Happines Bank currently does not offer services for individuals who are looking for a loan. This may be a subject of change in future.

II. EMPLOYEE REGULATIONS:

• Employees of Happines Bank, by applying for the job, must read and understand the regulations, and declare that he read them.
• Employees of Happines Bank agrees that in case of violation of the regulations, he could be prosecuted by the Unites States of Argonath courts.
• Employees of Happines Bank must treat their customers with utmost respect and professionalism.
• A Manager of Happines Bank is in charge of the employees; He takes care of any incoming complaints and ensures the friendly and professional environment and enforces the regulations. They may also
• A Chief Executive Officer of Happines Bank is second in charge after the president. They take observe the transfer of money within the bank and ensures that no employee is violating the regulations and possibly the constitution of the United States of Argonath. They also host public events for the bank in the goal of advertisement.
• A President of Happines Bank is the first in charge and the owner of the bank. They take care of all the legal procedures in the bank with the help of the Chief Executive Officer.

III. CLIENT REGULATIONS:

• All the clients of Happines Bank must agree on the regulations before any proceeding. An employee must make sure they correctly sign any form they forward.
• The clients of Happines Bank understand that any violation of the regulations could lead to a prosecution in court and them being subjects to penalties.
• The clients whom interest is in loans, must pay back the loan within the given time. Any unauthorized prolongation will lead to a prosecution in the court.
• The clients whom interest is in a loan, must understand that the money they receive from Happines Bank is only for legal purpose. Any usage of the money in illegal domains will lead to a prosecution in the court and involvement of law enforcement authorities.

The goal of my idea and the bank is not to have any gain.. rather to help players. My loans will definitely not be as high as other banking institutions, which still allow them to operate freely.
I myself do not support an idea of interest in my bank.. but is there a rule / constitutional law that does forbid banks without interest..? @superh2o

The bank (currently) only offers loans for those willing to start / improve their businesses. The bank does not give loans to personnel who are willing to buy cars, houses..etc.

A bank in my opinion isn't a business. Banks should be able to put their own regulations to follow, and interest they gain should not be forced by the law, simply because if an organisation is declared non-profit... why would the government force it to gain profit..?
