Reason why you did it: After i got unbanned i logged in IV that time i spawned at MGS parking then i met my friend Darshan_Castello there and we were talking and playing with honk, then suddenly a cop came so close to us with cruiser. We were playing with honk then the cop got out of car then started shooting at Darshan's car. I threatened the cop "Don't shoot my friend". Then he got sued for "threatening cop/leo" i did the threatening and he got su, not me. Then he started evading i helped him by ramming as lag ram in front of cruiser to help him i did not "random aid" him i helped him cuz hes my brother in rp. As i saw a cop shooting him i helped him whats wrong in it. Then another cop joined /duty they chased Darshan from FBI HQ to the paint shp to outlook i went fast from mgs to outlook straightly then crashed into a cops lag and my car blew up then suddenly i saw Senate logging in then suddenly ban. Please tell me where i did the mistake.

Basic Server Rules

• Do not cheat; do not hack
• Do not use mods which gives you advantage (handling mods etc.)
• Do not heli kill; do not car kill; do not repeatedly or purposely ram others; do not carjack others
• Do not abuse glitches or tools that give you advantage over other players (i.e. entering locked vehicles)
• Do not abuse bugs or faults in scripts that give you advantage
• Do not pause during combat, while being wanted or in a place that hinders other players
• Do not revenge kill
• Do not flood the chat window; do not spam and do not swear
• Slang is NOT accepted if it contains swearing, cursing or insulting language
• Do not insult other players, respect them
• Do not attack others without a proper roleplay reason ('He killed me first' is a clear rulebreak: "Do not revange kill")
• Do not escape if surrendered to the police (follow cops to the police department)
• LCPD, FBI and N.O.O.S.E. vehicles are only for their own usage
• Do not cheat, hack money
• Do not imposter other players (no copying other players nicks or regular clan tags)
• Unreadable nicknames are not allowed (please refrain from using <>?/|\{}[]()-=+/*- (tags are fine, but not whole name out of them)
• Nicknames that are or does have parts of Lord of the Rings characters names are not allowed
• Do not rule break and go crazy because there are no admins around (you can never be sure; rememer Sauron is watching)
• Server rules apply at all times, also in case there are no admins or scripts are not functioning. Rulebreaking at those times can and will be punished later on
• The transfer of currency to the IV:MP server from any other Argonath server shall be strictly prohibited
• Do not shoot as driver or passenger from any vehicle
• Discussion regarding "sensitive" topics such as personal matters, religion, politics are not encourage in most cases
  
• Buying or selling, or offering to buy or sell, any in-game item including, but not limited to, characters, items or currency for real-life money is prohibited.
   

Duty Rules

• Do not suspect for rulebreaks if there are admins present to handle
• Do not abuse the suspect command without a valid reason named law break (read the laws)
• Cops are supposed to use normal duty weapons granted by scripts
• Do not shoot suspects that offer no resistance
• You must act like the skin duty does require you to be acted
• Cops are obligated to use police cruisers when performing a pull over.
• "Routine" or "Random" stops or checks are not allowed and can be considered abusive. To perform a traffic stop there must be a crime, traffic violation, or 911 call made in relation to the person being stopped.

Suspect Rules

• Do not attack or provoke cops while they don't interact with you
• Shooting randomly at cops or randomly getting suspected for major law breaks is counted as deathmatching
• Do not evade the law enforcers in water
• Do not evade the law enforcers in helicopter (if a person is suspected while already flying they must abandon the helicopter within 1 minute)
• Do not random aid suspects

Additional Script Rules

• Weapons may not get equiped during combat
• Do not use duty skins on your without beeing part of group or off duty
• Banned weapons are: Grenades, Molotov Cocktails and Rocket Launchers
• Do not keep bugs that can be abused secret (abusing of bug; report imediantly to scripters to fix the bug)

Property rules

• Business owners will be required to keep their businesses stocked. If a business is observed having 0 stock for more than 30 days, the business will be reset and available for purchase.
• Home owners who have not entered the server within a period of 3 months will lose their homes and will be available for purchase by other players. Reimbursements will be made if contacted the previous owner within 7 days of removal

You weren't banned for "random aid" you were banned for constant rulebreaking. Ramming other players has never been allowed, yet on your first day back you decide to ram a cop engaged in a pursuit with someone other than yourself. You rammed him so hard he almost flew into San Andreas.

I don't understand where or when you decided that this was okay but you clearly need to re-educate yourself on the rules.

I left this out of your previous unban request but maybe you need to see it so you can understand why you keep getting banned...

U didn't get what i wanted to say see i threatened the cop not him (Darshan) hes my friend in rp and when he needed help i helped him not random aiding. I was helping him to evade by lag ram. First of all the su was invalid on him it should've been on me or he forgot who said the words "Don't shoot my friend". As far as i know i seen many people helping each other family members when they need help that's what i did my family member needed help and i helped him. So ur saying not to help a family member? I considered ramming as a part of aiding my friend

I watched your "RP" horning and ramming and screwing around at MGS is hardly an RP, you weren't interacting with the cop, you were in a separate vehicle than the one who got suspected. You are trying very hard to involve yourself in this situation that you were simply not a part of regardless if you think that you should have been the suspect or not.

If you were involved in this RP (based on what I saw, I say you were not), helping is one thing, ramming cops is another, this is simply not allowed and never has been.

If helping your family member means you have to DM or carkill others do you think that is okay too?

U can check the /l chat i threatened the cop not him and he got sued for "threatening cop" I didn't say DM. I accept i did honking with Hemanth etc we were playing and simply honking some songs. I thought helping/aiding family member is allowed and ramming come under aiding. I interfered in between cuz he is my family member and he was being chased by some cops. I regret for what I've done, now i understand the thing. I accept i did many carkilling at the start of my life in Argo but i never continued it. The DM was because of the T4 it brought excitement in me.
