The Happiness bank after reviewing would like to change the demands to only the first,  as we believe only our name and title should be copyrighted to prevent possible fraud from imitators. We believe that the form does not require any copyright as it is rather simple and we do accept anyone else to use it except our logos, which in addition to the first demand should be copyrighted.
