Greetings to the court,

The Federal Democratic Party have come up with an idea for the citizens safety, regarding the SSDS and their driving examinations.

We believe a theoretical test (involving no actual driving) should be implemented so that the drivers come with a sense of basic knowledge and experience when doing the practical exam (the driving).

This doesn't have to be an extremely major exam, but we believe it should cover the following:

- Speed Limits
- Indicator (blinker) usage
- Taking turns properly
- Seatbelt usage.
-Traffic lights and when they can be bypassed (such as when there's no traffic)

Mainly the basic topics should be taught to the driving candidates before they begin their practical exams.

We believe this will increase the safety of our citizens and we also hope to see an agreement to this suggestion by SSDS Management.

Dread Angiulo and Steve McQueen

The Jury of the Liberty City, is now in session.

Can the FDP, give us examples of the test, and explain how they got knowledge what SSDS is doing wrong and how can FDP improve that.

Of all listed things
- Speed Limits
- Indicator (blinker) usage
- Taking turns properly
- Seatbelt usage.
-Traffic lights and when they can be bypassed (such as when there's no traffic)

I have seen personally SSDS staff asking for candidates to show practical knowledge of the use and following of the traffic laws, and the signalization.

As that i would like to see whats the FDP idea to make citizens of LC safer, and where is the safety of our citizens put in danger by the SSDS.

Its a teachers job to pass the knowledge on to the student but the actual application is on the student to carry out.

Once the FDP reply to the questions the jury will process this case.

Greetings to the court,

The Federal Democratic Party would like to thank you for making enquiries with us.

To begin with, we haven't stated that SSDS are doing anything wrong. However, we do know that the knowledge is questioned DURING the practical exam.

We believe implementation of a theoretical exam before a practical exam alows the candidates to correct any mistakes they may have made, which is a lot safer than the mistake occuring on our roads.

We believe that once they learn and correct any mistakes, they should then conduct their practical exam, merely to ensure extra safety.

Dread Angiulo and Steve McQueen

These two questions are not answered, and again, do you have a practical example of the benefits of your change or is this all just a theoretical idea.

Greetings,

An example of the test would be multiple questions regarding the roads and driving laws, to assess the current knowledge and experience the candidate possesses.

The way this would make things safer is that the theory test would be assessing the current knowledge of the candidate in question. Then any mistakes they may make (such as mistaken speed limit) can be corrected before the practical exam, making things safer as they can prove themselves with the correct knowledge.

Regards,
Federal Democratic Party HQ.

Hello FDP,

The ARP would like you to acknowledge that whenever a teacher gives an exam, he asks the student all questions. In addition, while driving, practical is more important than theoretical.
The student may be affected by various psychological things like stress and nervousness which may be escalated by the theoretical exam incase the student is not very well socially.
A driving teacher teaches them how to drive and it's better that they are given information while on road(teacher drives first) so the student may apply the concepts and stuff to practical usage directly.

The ARP sees no real change with the theoretical exam and it can be implemented if the students are provided with study material.

Regards,
Argonath Revolutionary Party HQ

Greetings,

We will now address the unauthorized statements made by the ARP.

The student will not be affected by any psychological stress, as the basic questions, such as speed limits and such, are better asked in theory in order to correct any mistakes or the such, and then apply that corrected knowledge on the road and that's exactly what we want, safe and correct knowledge applicated on the roads of our prestigious Liberty City.

In terms of directly applying knowledge, it sounds promising, however it's also a test. If the teacher shows them everything, they'll just do it. Their real knowledge (which they've learnt) would be tested after a theory test.

Please don't post in court cases without correct legal authorization in future, and you've been caught doing it before, so you should know better.

Regards,
Federal Democrats Political Party HQ.

The Liberty City Jury has decided to reject this suggestion as it dosn't bring any guarantee quality of the classes will raise, and we will didn't see no example of the test that was mentioned just a speculation of what could happen.

The Jury also fines Argonath Revolutionary Party HQ for disruption of court, and adds a fine of 1000$ ARD.
