I unfortunately would like to open a court case against the civilian macs711 called also Nex too.  for refusing or lets say failing to pay the loan back

Mr.Nex had taken a loan of 180.000$ from Badboy Bank on 2-5-2018 .
 The repayment date of the loan was originally 1-6-2018 .
The defendant is now nowhere to be found in liberty city,
I would like to inform the court that the Liberty City government did permanetly banish him out of the city ! and Mr next will never exist anymore on Liberty city!
Also i would like to inform the Court Jury that the loan period is expired.
According to the Bank rules & conditions and the contract, Mr.Nex owes 255.600$ to the bank.

The court views this as a highly reckless loan. Taking such risks cannot be made without facing consequences. The banking business is a risky one for those reasons and the court feels you should have taken a higher level of discretion with this client.

You the plaintiff gave a high value loan to someone with no assets to back it up, with a small time frame to pay back the loan, to a person with a history of  "leaving" Liberty City frequently.

Please revise your demands and make a written statement to the court of why you made such a reckless loan and why you feel the State should reimburse you in this case.

I would like to inform the court that the bank owner Mr.badboydhia talked alot with mr.nex over letters (forum pm) befort we accept his loan application ! We explained to him everything , the interest and the amount of money that he should give back, He has shown interest and he promised us that he will do his best to collect and  gives back the full amount of money at the exact date!

first of all ur interest will be 14400$(180*8/100)/per week
so its 58.240$ total  during the 28days(4 weeks)
means i give u now 180k and after 28 days u will have to pay 180k+58.240$=238.240$)

We understand that we didnt take enough precautions to insure our money back but our goal is to help new businessman to start their business! we really hope the judge understand the situation, thats why we revise our demands and we are requesting only 198,000$

the defendant bought lots of properties with the loan that he get from the bank , befort he "left" liberty city ! now his properties are owned by the state and the state  is selling them (owned by State then marked For Sale )
and yes we request 10% of the loan ! according to this bank rule
