The in-game ban was mostly through a panelban command following an argument -that I even dropped later- on forums on the same day, June 4th, 2018, which I have not discovered until attempting to login about an hour ago.

I do not believe that I am breaking any law nor intending to disrespect anyone here, including you. Unless you don't see it, there is something abnormal going on, something that can be seen out there. As long as I am simply stating my opinion regarding an issue that has been highlighted by Gandalf himself, aka the current atmosphere in the community, without using any insults or provocative terms whether generally or specifically, I do not think that I am doing something wrong.

I believe that I was wrongfully banned in-game because I have not violated any SA:MP server rules, and in turn simply because I was not even present at that time in-game.

Just for the record, I have already contested this ban through an official complaint to [email protected] as I believe that neither an in-game ban nor a forum punishment would have been appropriate for what occured on June 4th, 2018 in forums. I am simply saying this to make it clear that I am officially contesting the validity of this ban.

Because of my belief that I have not made any rulebreak that results in an in-game or even a forum punishment, I am requesting to be unbanned as soon as possible through the in-game nickname and none of the ban strike rules be imposed because the ban itself is already contested.

Furthermore, because of the pending complaint that I am waiting for a response about, and of a potentially sterile debate with the admin/manager who issued the ban, I do not wish to discuss it with him personally until the official complaint is dealt with by the HQ and that this unban request is to be dealt with by any other neutral member of the community leadership.
