missing 3 files of gta sa / error

hi all ...
yesterday i was tried to open Editor.exe and do some mappings but it give a error the file could not located at the *address*
so i removed the old editor and installed the new one but i wrongly fully deleted 3 files named :
Eax.dll | Vorbis.dll and Vorbisfile.dll ...
when i dont had them ... the windows said the *filename.dll* is missing and i download them from internet ( also once got infected with a malware virus and my PC got BSOD ( anyhow i fixed it  )) but it gives the same error for gta.exe now ( file could not located ) and editor.exe opens aswell and i made a restaurant int.
when opening gta sa.exe ---> the file vorbis_window couldnt located in the address
can anyone give me these 3-4 files ?
also better say that : i dont have access do DVD of the game and i dont have any downloaded version

yes . how ?
but better say this moving the editor and gta sa files in other folders and take distansion ( or whatever calls )
not fixes the game cuz i had it at the same folders at ago but for doing a copy or something i dont remember the editor gave a error i remember then i tried installing the same editor again to fix it which give me another editor and i got 2 editors at the folder .
then i tried to remove some files from the second editor which is not for game and wrongly with that files i fully removed GTA SA.exe ( the 3 files i told at UP )`s files wrongly ( Shift + Del.) and now im missing that 3 files . also i told at up i downloaded the files from internet which infected me with malware virus once and i got that 3 files but this time gtasa.exe gives error named : the vorbis_window could not located at *address* . its all happened to me #sry for long texting
