starting an event in 2019

the event will start in 25/10/2019
the event is i will drive the nrg900 (orange and state) one so everyone will know about it
the first one who made me fall from the bike will gain 5k cash from me personally
but first these are the rules (if the admins accepts):
1- no carkilling each other even me
2- any vehicle is allowed
3- no suspects or cop in event
4- if someone falled out from his vehicle try to avoid him
5- if any participent got killed (accident or by purpose) the event will get canceled (this is not dd)
6- this event will get watched by admins to make sure no one kills each other
7- suggesting to use an state vehicle (you can use your own vehicle on your own)
8- ramming only allowed on my bike (do not ram each other to get them out of the event)
9- if you want to join this event reply in this topic
by typing "this is (your in-game name) i agree on all the rules and i would like to join this event"
10- the maximum number of participent are 12 players (exclude the host)
so i am requesting the permission from admins to host this event
please give your opinion about this event and say your reason

i forgot to add this
11- any participent jump infront of any vehicle and died (in purpose) will get reported and get dealt by admins
12- the vehicles need fuel so when the bike reaches 10% remaining fuel the event will be paused to refill when i say "fuel" and "repairs" if the bike got badly damaged
the event continue when i say "done"
