IV:MP not launching at all

Whenever I launch IV:MP nothing happens, no window opens at all
I have patch 1.0.7.0 and visual c++ 2005 so I'm not sure what's wrong.
Please help me it's been bothering me for days now
I have the steam version of the game and I have xliveless

Installing T4 on GTA IV will not work

the server has been moved to T4 and you need EFLC with patch 1.1.2.0 and visual studio redustable 2012

So t3 will not work at all anymore?
If t3 does work are there any servers that use it?

There are few servers in T3 still, but we can't advertise them here, find them yourself. 
P.S they are boring and crashy as heck

We dont support T3. Make sure your computer is able to handle GTA 4

Have you checked the option "Disable DPI scaling" on the properties of "LaunchIVMP.exe" as instructed in many posts? -> http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=123870.0

By the way if you wanna play within Argonath you have to download IVMP T4 from iv-mp.eu , for more info just check this topic

T3 has been part of this community for a long time. That's not a reason not to give him the answer.
