Cop Role - Reloaded v1.3

Well, as its a very big problem, with Dmers going cop skin, and having free acess to a deagle.
and them being able to take the cop cars, and drive them to the desert.

This is my idea of how it should be taken.
ARPD - ill get to that later

.:: Free Cop ::.

As a Free Cop, you are doing voluntary police work.
You are not an officer of the SAPD (or ARPD, whichever you prefer)
You do not have a badge representing that.
You are not trusted with powerful firearms.
You are not trusted with high powered Police Cruisers.

Free Cop Weapon Arsenal: <>
*9mm Handgun
*Nitestick
*Pepper Spray (or spraypaint, whichever you choose)

Free Cop Vehicular transport: <>
The SAPD Police Issue Inner-City Patrol Unit (Which is a Caddy, or Golf Cart)
Note: Picture is #1 in the attachments

Free Cop Police Commands: <>
Same as before - they are perfect.

.:: ARPD Cadet ::.

As a Cadet for the ARPD you are working your way up to become an officer.
You are not an officer of the SAPD (or ARPD, whichever you prefer)
You do not yet have a badge representing that you are an officer for SAPD
You are trusted with one powerful firearm, but more trusted than voluntary police
You are not trusted with high powered Police Cruisers as of now, you have to pass training.

*Desert Eagle
*Nitestick
*Pepper Spray (or spraypaint, whichever you choose)

SAPD Vehicular transport: <>
The SAPD Police Issue Inner-City Patrol Unit (Which is a Caddy, or Golf Cart)

(this includes FBI, SWAT, and all other ARPD fields)

You are trusted with powerful firearms, you have shown that you know how to use them in all situations.
You have been trained to drive the cruisers in your training, you have shown your skill to drive the cruisers, you show excelllent driving skill.

SAPD Issue police cruisers registered to your division, whether its Dillimore PD, Los Santos PD, Las Venturas PD, or San Fierro PD.

The way i have done this setup for the police, is because now, 40% of the free cops are deathmatchers, or people who do not understand how to correctly do their job.
This way, it gives them a goal to become an offical officer for SAPD, somthing that shows "Hey i wanna be that guy"
Show them the candy, they will come.
About the Cars.
Free Cop - APRD Cadet should not be able to drive any Division police cruiser, as they are not qualified, nor trained for it.
SAPD/ARPD Officers should be able to drive all.
Caddys are police cars too - Citizens cant drive them.
When they ask "I wanna be a Dark Blue cop"
We say "Do your job correctly as a free cop, and SAPD will take notice.  Also goto www.arpd.argonathrpg.com and fill an application so they know you are interested"

This will bring better roleplay to that field, because the ARPD Cadets and Free Cops have a goal set, which is be the SAPD Officer with all the neat suits and all the neat cars & guns.
They show their potential, they work hard - they get the job.
This will also decrease the Deathmatching death count - Handguns are powerful, but it gives a better chance to haul ass if getting DMed.
With Deagle - 2 shots and dead.
Pepper Spray - because it should be on all officers belt, it has uses such as if a dog is attacking you, or someone is trying to harm you - you spray them and get distance in between the person and call for backup.
I understand that the cars are maxed out as of now, but the developers are going to be removing cars and this is the perfect oppourtunity to add this, and some faction cars, such as Medics, alternate police cars(Sultans, Sentinels, all police issue ofcourse)


If you have a problem with this, and dont understand - ill be more than willing to explain how this is alot better than what it is now.

NOTE: I am not saying ARPD change their rules & laws.

I agree with most of this, THough i think FBI swat and ARPD should have diff weapons, as they are different units

The SAPD structure will radically change in the upcoming week, to improve the police service. About the free cops, we can't do anything but report eventual issues to the government high ranks.

Recently we have been in trouble with some free cops, they take LSPD Cars, they shoot suspects on sight even if we are already on the scene (or while we are reading the Miranda rights).

While the main admins will check the situation, you should call a SAPD Officer (or a higher rank) everytime you think you have been abused by a free cop. We answer the 911 calls, unless all the units are busy.

Yes Luca, thats how it decreases the DM death count
ARPD Officers & Cadets = have a Deagle as main arm.
Colunteer plice have a weaker 9mm handgun, but its not that weak, it can kill.

the 9mm gives a chance to citizens to run because with deagle - 2 shots dead
9mm - a couple seconds to kill = more /report and run away time.

Yes Xcasio, the reason i put it, so they have badass little golf caddys to drive, since they are not trained enough to drive the police cruisers.
If they want to be able to drive them, they should apply to ARPD - get trained and become an officer.

This will cut down on the 'missing cars' from the PD's.

:ps: We all know its easy to get in ARPD anyways...

This way, us officers dont need to search for cars if we need to, and that way, Volunteer cops have their own caddys to lose, instead of our cop cars.

Its more efficient with the roleplay, cop wise, if you want to be an officer - RP and show your potential to become officer.
The thing i want, is you all to agree that you like it all, like the weapons & such, not just the caddy idea

Cadets have a better role, rather than catch criminals in cars - thats where us officers come in and beat yo' ass with nitesticks
