LIBERTY STATE AGAINST HENTAI CASTELLO

SECTION I. SUMMARY

The Crime Investigation Unit, using the benefit to be infiltrated into one of the most known crime families, gathered intels about a subject identified as Hentai Castello, member of Castello family. We've discovered that the accused has been involved into cannabis production activities which is totally illegal as of Act. 9.1 and trade activities aswell of this last.
On the date 6th of July 2018, our undercover contact was cruising around Boabo / East Hook factories, when he was attracted from a member of a known family harvesting a weed plant. Furthermore, it is hearable from the video footages the intimidations sentences "you want me to f**k you?" on our agent asking to take the plant. Later on, the defendant ran toward his car and ran away.

The second scene we've got in our cam memory, which is the second charge of this court case, is the weed trade between our undercover and the defendant on the 6th July 2018. Everything took place in an alley, very close to Outlook park. The target agreed to a deal of 200 grams of cannabis for 2.100 dollars (10,5 per gram). Later on, the target ran away.

On the day 1st of August 2018, mister Castello has been executed while he was serving volunteer service to the district police. He has been legitimately withdrawn and brought inside the Crime Investigation Unit headquarter for questioning. During the whole interrogation the competent authorities have invited the subject to collaborate for a better going of the future punishments. Mister Castello has admitted a few crimes like the trade with our undercover Cheta and the harvesting of that plant in East Hook as shown of previous exhibits.

Demands and charges have been narrowly selected based / balanced to the acts committed, therefore we won't support to lower except if the judge asks to do so.



SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Act 9.1
It is forbidden to possess, buy, sell, produce, transport, promote or give or receive drugs.
This does not apply to Law Enforcers performing their duties.
This act is punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.
