I have a Inspiron 5559, and it shows bootable problem, I tried fixing boot from command propt, “bootrec fixboot”, access denied.

Go to BIOS, try to change the boot order, maybe your Harddrive/SDD That contains Windows is not set as priority.
Also try removing any USB devices or CD/DVD's if any inserted.

Well, I had fixed it yesterday before your reply, but yeah, I changed how to boot up and fixed it.
