GTA SA issuee

I'm having fps drop in GTA SP and SAMP.
I play other games perfectly "Pubg, Fortnite, Fifa 19, GTA V, League of legends, Rainbow 6" fps is fine here.

I tried re installing GTA without mods or anything in it, still same problem.

I had the same problem, but that was because my laptop did not charge. Start searching google, and if that does not work, try fpsunlock.cs file. Hopefully that will fix your problem.
EDIT: Try playing with frame limter off.

I had the same problem, but that was because my laptop did not charge. Start searching google, and if that does not work, try fpsunlock.cs file. Hopefully that will fix your problem.
EDIT: Try playing with frame limter off.

Did this problem ever occur before, since I tried searching on google, and it didn't work out.
Maybe your laptop has two graphic cards, try hitting up your AMD Catalyst center (if AMD user), or Nvidia(if Nvidia user), and try doing something from it.

Intel Core i7 8750H, Nvidia GTX 1050Ti, 16g ram.
those are my specs.

@MarceloS. Try changing the battery plans, example is you might be using it on Power Saver or Balanced settings, try switching it from power saver to higher performance battery life, maybe it will work out.
